Something shifts when the body finally gets to speak.
Not in theory. In tissue. In breath. In the moment the sound bowl lands and something in your chest lets go of what your mind has been gripping for years.
That's what an Embodied Integration Session is. Ninety minutes of yoga, Reiki, and sound healing working together so the healing that's been living in your head can finally land in your body. Trauma doesn't release through understanding. It releases through sensation. Through safety. Through being held while you let something go.
I'm bringing this to Rancho San Rafael Park on April 12 for a community fundraiser supporting a 72-mile Tahoe ride for cancer research. Every dollar goes directly to the cause. Not a portion. All of it.
