Hi, I'm Jen.

My work began with a simple realization:

there is so much more to us than what we can see on the surface.
 

I’m a yoga teacher, Reiki Master, intuitive channel, and lifelong student of the relationship between the body, consciousness, and the unseen.
 

But more than anything, I’m someone who believes your spiritual path should bring you deeper into yourself, not further.
 

I see us as multidimensional beings: physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual.

When one layer shifts, the others respond. That’s why my work brings together embodiment, energy, intuition, masculine and feminine balance, shadow, and spiritual practice rather than treating them as separate pieces.
 

I call myself The Glow Up Guide because, to me, a glow up isn't about becoming someone better.

It's about uncovering more of who you already are.
 

Learning your energy.
Trusting your divine insight.
Meeting the parts of yourself you've hidden or left behind.

And integrating what you discover until it changes the way you actually live.

I believe we are energy in form, continually learning, harmonizing, creating, and evolving.
 

And while I can offer frameworks, practices, insight, and a mirror along the way, my job isn't to become the authority over your experience.

My favorite part of this work is the moment you stop looking at me for confirmation and say:

“I already knew.”

That's the glow up.
